These Estate Agents are by far and large the WORST Estate Agents I have ever come across. Let's face it, it is hardly an industry known for their competence and sensitivity, but if you want to keep your money, your property, and your sanity, never use Cochrane & Wilson

Astonishingly bad. Virtually no communication with us. Didn't reply to emails. Didn't give us any advice. No interest in our timescale. Gave the impressions of being completely disinterested. What agent could do to change your mind?
I can\'t think of a single thing that they did well. They would need to change everything for me to change my mind.
