As clients of Cochrane & Wilson over almost 10 years I've found Alan Wilson the most market savvy and client focused of any of the past 5 agencies I used before consolidating all properties under Cochrane & Wilson's one management. Alan, Alison and Charlene have been efficient, effective and honest with both me as a client and with tenants during all that time. Charlene deals with any tenant issue quickly and Alison manages absolutely everything that needs to be paid for. I have complete faith in their capacity to manage everything for me to the point I can leave everything in their hands since moving overseas almost 10 years ago. I've used other single shop agencies and large corporate ones when I lived in South West London and found only dishonesty and rorting with these other agencies. I am so glad to this day that Alan Wilson popped by to bid for the management of my first property almost 10 years ago, and Alison and Charlene have been nothing shot of brilliant in protecting my interests over many tenancies and property management issues over all that time. Highly recommended !

Astonishingly bad. Virtually no communication with us. Didn't reply to emails. Didn't give us any advice. No interest in our timescale. Gave the impressions of being completely disinterested. I can\'t think of a single thing that they did well. They would need to change everything for me to change my mind.
