They do not do any background check, do not register their deposits , no proper tenancy agreement in place, as a proof of paying the deposit we got a HAND WRITTEN piece of paper. Overall a very negative experience which probably is going to end in court as we were forced to report the agency to the council to seek help. Please stay away from this bogus agency as I have never come across a bigger scam . Really shocked how do they still exist but hopefully with the council help and a local MP this will end soon. There is so many professional estate agents out there- don't waste your time and money with NEW PLACE.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Fabio is an unprofessional individual who uses WHATS APP to contact the tenants which speaks volumes. He has been threatening me with violence and harassing me everyday of my tenancy as well as my family member whose number he somehow got hold of.
