They do not do any background check, do not register their deposits , no proper tenancy agreement in place, as a proof of paying the deposit we got a HAND WRITTEN piece of paper. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fabio is an unprofessional individual who uses WHATS APP to contact the tenants which speaks volumes. He has been threatening me with violence and harassing me everyday of my tenancy as well as my family member whose number he somehow got hold of.
