I had a fantastic experience with Property Book UK and can only wish that they managed the property I'm living in now! They were always friendly, helped when needed (always answered the phone or emails very quickly), but also left me to live peacefully in the property without bothering me and turning up all the time to "inspect the house" (as my current letting agent does). The moving in and out process was easy, quick and fees were reasonable - the same or better than other letting agencies I've dealt with. The only reason I left the property was because I moved in with a friend and we needed a bigger house. All in all I definitely recommend PBUK and will keep an eye on their listings next time I'm ready to move!
