Their fee structure is questionable and as a company they are not signed up, accountable, to any Residential Lettings Association so there is no way of appealing to an independent arbitrator when you are not satisfied with the way you have been treated.

Please beware of this agent. They are rogues, liars and the worst * in existence. They are lacking in integrity, and will do everything to hold unto your deposit at the end of your tenancy. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
