Estate Agents don't get a good reputation - and mostly for a good reason. However this particular are just the worst of the worst. They turn up to appointments late - yet have time to buy a Costa Coffee on the way, before standing in the middle of your home asking inappropriate questions that were quite frankly none of their business. They will then go on to make promises to you - anything to secure a transaction. But as soon as they've got what they want, you'll never be able to get hold of them again. Rude and arrogant, and make the worse estate agents look good - if ever that was possible. If you do find yourself using Taylors - record every single conversation you have with them - you'll need it.
