I found that this agency is very forceful and wants you to commit instantly for a property. They will promise you things and will never keep their promise. In my case I was been promised things such as professional cleaning, clearance of leftover items, separate dryer to be provided etc. Ed is the guy who was dealing with this property and apparently looks like he was left in charged by the land lord to look after the property. But he didn't perform any of his responsibilities and when I asked about it he had a standard answer that we don't manage this property. I appreciate that agency doesn't manage the property but what about being entrusted by landlord? Why would you tell a lie to the landlord and to the tenant? I ended having a sour relationship with the landlord because of this guy and I ended up losing part of my deposit. Now, I am looking for house but I will never go to this agency after the terrifying experience.
