They come across as being so professional and as such charge above the norm. In reality they are very poor and I would certainly never use them again. Their contract is meaningless and any problems with the tenant and you will be on the receiving end. Beware of hidden costs !! There are far better agents than Beaney Pearce. Genuinely..... look elsewhere
