The property management was absolutely appalling and I would strongly recommend that you avoid using Beaney Pearce as a Tenant as a result. Hidden fees at check out! Be careful you will not see your deposit back for ages.

They come across as being so professional and as such charge above the norm. In reality they are very poor and I would certainly never use them again.
