The property management was absolutely appalling and I would strongly recommend that you avoid using Beaney Pearce as a Tenant as a result. We had agreed on point of offer that the landlord had to legally substitute the furniture that was decayed prior to me moving, together with some repairs. ... Read Full Review

Could have stuck to the wording of the contract, be competent and timely in handling issues.

They come across as being so professional and as such charge above the norm. In reality they are very poor and I would certainly never use them again. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
