Awful customer service, had no support during the tenancy regarding problems that occurred. Cleaned flat thoroughly, but still received a delay and reduction of my deposit. All they seem to care about is how little work they do and how quickly they can get rid of you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Replied to messages, Dealt with problems that occurred, customer service in general, professionalism.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
