Awful customer service, had no support during the tenancy regarding problems that occurred. Cleaned flat thoroughly, but still received a delay and reduction of my deposit. Replied to messages, Dealt with problems that occurred, customer service in general, professionalism.

Awful customer service, had no support during the tenancy regarding problems that occurred. Cleaned flat thoroughly, but still received a delay and reduction of my deposit. All they seem to care about is how little work they do and how quickly they can get rid of you.

OMG! So many desks and only one person at the branch! This place has become poor in the last few months. Would never use them again. I used to rent a place two years ago and the staff were amazing with my search and aftercare, boy have things changed. Mostly offended by the 'manager', very rude! She seems to be new so I'm putting it down to no experience! She was intimidating!
