DON'T WAsTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY (like I have had to) Agent doesn't perform regular reviews. Terrible at collecting the rent - most of the time I had to do more work to get them to do the job they were being paid for that if I'd done the work myself. almost always a month behind on passing on the correct amount. Most of the time I telephone NO-ONE picked up the phone and they don't reply to emails if they don't feel like it. They don't keep proper paperwork and when requested claim that they had it but now they can't find it. - referring to correspondence with the tenants and what they had told them. I gave my tenants notice last year (June) and they didn't even bother to tell me that they skipped out a month early without paying and they (the agency) had the keys and knew all about it!! It wasn't until I tracked down the tenants myself that I found out they had know for more than a month. More than 6 months after the tenants have left I've only just got some of the deposit back (from the agency) but they have kept some of the money without explanation and now are not replying to phone/email about the missing money. Would be better to manage tenants yourself than using these people. - Moved to another agent - and I'm much happier for it.
