DON'T WAsTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY (like I have had to) Agent doesn't perform regular reviews. Terrible at collecting the rent - most of the time I had to do more work to get them to do the job they were being paid for that if I'd done the work myself. almost always a month behind on passing ... - They are very slow in fixing things after we moved in. - The house is not completely clean when moved in. The kitchen has fungi marks all over. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
