Our flat was on a fully managed contract with Hendys. The flat itself had regular problems which needed attention. We were frequently asked to wait in for contractors to come to the property which was time consuming and inconvenient. Eventually we refused, especially since Hendys had keys. The downside of this was that they allowed their contractors to attend the property unsupervised. There were repeated issues with the electric shower and the contractor left our belongings strewn about the bedroom when they accessed the power switch which was in a bedroom cupboard. On other occasions the taps were refitted the wrong way around and some things simply weren't fixed. On checkout they seemed to have changed their standards and charged for cleaning the tiniest thing. In one example they wanted to charge for cleaning lamp shades which had been covered and stored since the first day of the tenancy so they were no cleaner or dirtier than on that first day. The other issue was that on checkout they failed to arrive with the correct paperwork and promised payment within 5 days and then subsequently added in additional requirements for returning the deposit which were never mentioned at checkout. Overall they seemed disorganised and scatty.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
