We're good when we did the viewings. After that it really was difficult dealing with them. Very unprofessional. We had some problems securing our mortgage which delayed things - this was stressful enough for us and we were honest with them however they continued to harass us and in one email... We're good when we did the viewings. After that it really was difficult dealing with them. Very unprofessional. We had some problems securing our mortgage which delayed things - this was stressful enough for us and we were honest with them however they continued to harass us and in one email accused us of making up excuses. On the day of sale they told us they had the keys when they didn't so we were delayed in accessing the property. I would honestly never choose to deal with them again
