This agent is a disgrace to say that they offer a service is well just not true. They think they are above everyone, and don't have any time for you ''unless you book an appointment''. They speak to you like crap, and don't offer any advice after the first appointment where andy hood comes out and makes out everything about Days Estate Agents is wonderful, but the reality is they just aren't. I had my house up for sale with them and was constantly calling them for feedback, and the people in the office didn't have a clue about my house or what was going on and was told i would be called back, and i never was. All they said was reduce the price, so after getting really annoyed with Tony and Andy's business ethics i moved ages and within two weeks i sold my property for what i wanted. Stay away!!!!!!! There are far better agents in the area who offer value for money and excellent customer service.
