From the initial meeting to discuss valuation (PB suggested a 20K better asking price than the other agent we saw), the photographs were fantastic, and done by a professional photographer, the brochure and presentation was superb. PB conducted all of the viewings and liaised with our tenants so we had nothing further to do. The sale was swift and everything was done with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. We would have no hesitation in recommending PB to anyone looking to sell their property.
