I really needed to find a new tenant as quickly and effortlessly as possible. I had a million things to do with my property, in a very short timespan and using make your move (recommended by a friend) helped me considerably. With the advertising being coordinated, appointments being organised and the potential tenant being vetted, I was able to focus on both turning my property around and re-letting within a really short span of time. I have just paid £75 + VAT and it is the first time I have paid money out. Of course I preferred it when it was free for the landlords providing the tenant paid for a credit rating.

Makeurmove are efficient, fast and effective and very cooperative if you have a query. I have used their Free to Landlords package, as I am a hands on landlady so needed someone to find me tenants quickly. I filled out the form on Rightmove to enquire about this property to view. Within minutes I got a auto response text message asking to confirm a time to view. What agent could do to change your mind?
Estate agents in any form dont have the best reputation but this behaviour reaches a new level. A major overhaul of staff, computing system and some basic manners would be a start.
