I am an owner of a building and Tiger Estates contracted a sign company to place a sign, however the sign was placed on the wrong building. Despite approx 10 calls to Tiger to ask them to remove the sign keeping in mind they have screwed it to our building causing damage they still have not removed the sign. There have been a number of excuses as to why they have not removed, no apology for miss placing the sign or disruption to our service/ business through people thinking we are closing/ moving. No respect to the disruption or cost to us. I am disgusted that they are acting in this way when it is their mistake to rectify. As Tiger contract someone to place the signs i am astounded that they can not ask the company to remove it when i know country wide signs would do so with in 24hrs. Tiger you are not acting professionally and you need to address this issue and make good what you have done wrong. Until you do so i will have to say your company is not one that i would have any professional faith in. I am extremely disappointed.
What agent could do to change your mind?
When notifyed the sign was on the wrong building they should have removed with in 24hrs and made good any damage to the building or offered an appoligy and compensation for damage to building and our standing with in the community/ professional reputation. They should have offered to call me back not have me chase them.

22 Oct 2014Hi Liz, I can only apologise regarding the issue with the board being installed at the incorrect property. We have informed the contractor on numerous occasions and I have took a copy of the screen which shows we have responded proactively once we received notification that the board had been installed in the incorrect position. Unfortunately, we do use a board contractor and are not responsible for the positioning of the boards. However, I agree that the board contractor should have responded much quicker than they have. As can be seen from the screen shot, we have provided the contractor with the correct address. We have sent a follow up email and discussed this with our board contractor, who should be removing the board asap. Our property was substantially undervalued by the Manager but fortunately we decided not to accept his suggested selling price.
