Perfectly friendly but also pretty incompetent Letting agency. We lived next door to our landlord who told us she had to chase them for several weeks for one of our monthly payments despite us paying it to the agency via standing order. Very few of our requests for repair were ever acted upon or even passed to the landlord. We are currently waiting to receive our deposit back from them (which has been signed off) and this bank transfer has been going on for 2 weeks now (after the initial month and a half delay in the form being processed). As a landlord ourselves we would not use them and I am glad we are no longer tenants under them.
