Perfectly friendly but also pretty incompetent Letting agency. Returned calls/emails; responded to messages; passed on information to landlord; maintained good organisation of keys and paperwork; acted without needing to be chased several times.
They moved us to a rolling contract which meant that no renewal fees were charged each year-we were there over 4 years so that helped
