Absolutely unhelpful rude staff. They never answer on emails, phone calls. Never call back. They promise to finish a contract but in my case they try to finish it 2 months simple rent contract. After one month they send me a standart contract and absolutely ignored my points. Never reccomend this agency. And I've never had such a bad service in real estate agency.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They have to change all staff or teach them how to work.

I did the contract by myself because the staff just ignored all my points but I had to pay them. It\'s really dissappointed!

There's a lot of discussion at the moment about letting agents fees being too high. The last budget proposed legislation to counter what some letting agents charge for what amounts to a bit of photocopying. Langford russell earned every single penny of my tenancy fee. Having had problems with the progress of the sale of my property I contacted Chris Salt the Branch Manager of Langford Russell in Bromley.
