I recently used Brink Riley Properties to let my property and was very happy with the service recieved. I had no issues lettting my property as Natalie guided me through each step of what had to be done, passed advice when I needed it, and I had tenant agreed to let at my asking price within less than a week of being put on the market. They were very unapproachable. Natalie seems new and does not seem organised and does not know how to handle issues and has to call other letting agents for advice. What agent could do to change your mind?
To change all of the above. get some actual training including people skills. Learn a letting agent is for a tenant as well as a landlord.
