They were very unapproachable. Natalie seems new and does not seem organised and does not know how to handle issues and has to call other letting agents for advice. Nina is unable to communicate, she does not return messages and will not answer questions with out Natalie's permission. I would never use a letting agent so under qualified. Very unhelpful and a team that can not communicate together, Good point Nina did seem to sympathise occasionally however Natalie is more for the money then fairness.
What agent could do to change your mind?
To change all of the above. get some actual training including people skills. Learn a letting agent is for a tenant as well as a landlord.
