Everything I needed to know was explained to me in a language that I could easily understand and follow. Whilst discussing the property and the mortgages I was given time to collect my thoughts and gather all the information required without feeling pressured to buy. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

What agent could do to change your mind?
having raised a reasonable complaint I felt their arrogance in dealing with my complaint came across, they did not effectively deal with the issues that I raised, leaving me feeling unvalued, when I raised this and said I would take my business elsewhere they just effectively said, ok good luck. Firms like this are not worth dealing with...go to the smaller ones who value your business...

If you enjoy being strung along for months on end with no light at the end of the tunnel then go ahead and get William H Brown to 'market' your house.
