I can only describe the performance of Kamal and anyone I have come into contact at Phoenix as being excellent. Phoenix took over from another management agency, who were abysmal, under difficult circumstances, (the other agency being less than helpful). Kamal has always been on hand with helpful advice when needed and I can't thank him enough. We can now look forward to everything going smoothly, I am sure, as it has so far; with statements on time and any jobs which needed attending to being done in a timely fashion. Marvellous!

I think for the service provided, the fees were very reasonable. (I think all agency fees are far too high, but that\'s a different story!) Compared to my experiences in the past, I think Phoenix offered really good value for money.
