Nice property spoiled by terrible service. Bathroom leaking from day one and despite many phone calls an emails still leaking one month later. The smell of damp etc not acceptable, room below wet and water damaged. Many other problems with the property which I have had to fight to get resolved. They don't call back or return written correspondence and need constant chasing. The sub contractors they use are clearly the cheapest cowboys in town. Lots of unnecessary stress when moving to a new area. All together an experience to avoid.

Not a good experience at all, apart from the extremely slow repairs of anything that would go wrong, upon leaving they completly screwed us over.
