I had previous problems with other letting agencies in coventry who could not deal with my property portfolio in the way I preferred, ie, letting of houses, management of tenants and maintenance situations, however, I must say that since I have moved across to 1st letting, the company and staff have been brilliant. My properties are managed efficiently and I am always up to date on what's going on with each property. I have infact managed to get a better rental return and efficient service with these guys and I would happily recommend them to any landlord, I hope this helps.

I Lived in this property for 3 years and 10 months. Which cost me in total £16,800 which is fair enough because you pay for where you live. What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually do their jobs properly Arrange for a meeting when changing Landlord and any information like tenancy agreements Be professional when answering the phone Don't allow money grabbing thieves to be landlords

I Honestly felt that £370 pcm for basically a box was far too much !!!!!!! Don't judge the amount of rent by where the property is but what the property is

Timely service, compensation, actually doing something would have been great!

My wife first went to view this property in question, she said she liked the location and the space but the property used to be a student let, which left its mark on the property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
