We had an appointment to view two properties with this agent. We were running late so I gave a curtesy call to the agent to let them know we were going to be 15 minutes late. The manager said you cannot view this property now and all my staff tell the customers that viewings are only 30 minutes long. I was shocked and said what if I really liked the house and wanted to spend longer there, he was like that's not allowed. He suggested an alternative time but at this point I was too angry and shocked by the way the owner of the company spoke to me. He said we were wasting his staffs time. He was very rude on the phone and unprofessional. So I told my husband he agreed that we should cancel both viewings as I have never been spoken to unprofessionally before. When we told him we do not want to see both properties he said what if you like the property, I explained to him that is now his fault he will not get a sale out of it. He then said that is your provocative. I was extremely disheartened by this company and feel sorry for the vendors who have to deal with this rude and unprofessional company.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing as he just wants to try and get as many customers as possible with half an hour slots which is not fair to customers if they want to spend longer at a property looking. Also this is not how you run a business to win customers over, you lose them.

I have found this company to be extremely helpful and courteous at all times. They send details specific to your required property, allow as much time as you need for viewings, shown round by an extremely helpful, not pushy agent and then follow up with a professional call. What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing as he just wants to try and get as many customers as possible with half an hour slots which is not fair to customers if they want to spend longer at a property looking. Also this is not how you run a business to win customers over, you lose them.
