I have found this company to be extremely helpful and courteous at all times. They send details specific to your required property, allow as much time as you need for viewings, shown round by an extremely helpful, not pushy agent and then follow up with a professional call. We had an appointment to view two properties with this agent. We were running late so I gave a curtesy call to the agent to let them know we were going to be 15 minutes late. The manager said you cannot view this property now and all my staff tell the customers that viewings are only 30 minutes ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing as he just wants to try and get as many customers as possible with half an hour slots which is not fair to customers if they want to spend longer at a property looking. Also this is not how you run a business to win customers over, you lose them.
