PALMER SNELL have two weeks on neither refunded the deposit nor responded to our requests to help us sort out the issue of broadband which we had paid to have installed at the property. The landlord had offered to pay half the cost of a dishwasher TWO DAYS before this letter was issued. We have suffered much more pain than all this indicates. We were re locating a family of 8 down three hundred miles to this house and at two days notice in holiday season have had to take on holiday lets of £2000 a week and move all our children including toddler and under one year old. We have had to pay at short notice for ALL our belongings to go into storage. This is a nightmare. I rang the branch and the Lyme Regis man was so rude to me - shouted that i was being rude when i asked for the deposit back. I still have not received the deposit DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY
