[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] AVOID!!!! this letting agent is terrible, and i WOULD NOT!!! recommend any1 to rent with them. They charge you for nearly everything possible. If you miss an inspection they charge 15quid then they charge you 15quid again if you miss the second then they will let there self in with spare keys and the inspection has GOT! to be convenient for them and NOT! for yourself, they charge you 40quid for cleaning the cooker. you are not aloud to drill holes to put curtains up, they charge you an arm and a leg for animals, they also well known not to give your bond back and claim that items that belong to the house are brand new when they are NOT!!!!!. And its more expensive to move out from them that it is when you move in. And they are well known to be the worst letting agent around in the area.. (Didn't know this at the time i moved in). So if you can help it DON'T rent any property off them... BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!! [[EDIT ORIGINAL END]] Avoid!!!! 29 Jul 2011This is exactly what i went through. £15 for a letter is ridicilous! They don't give you time...they don't give you which part of the day it will be (morning/evening). They don't carry a spare key with them unless you tell them too?? Bizzare! I moved into the house with a broken boiler on a sunday morning so my first days were in the cold!
