I rented via Parkmans for 18 months and can honestly say I had no issues at all. When I initially contacted them they showed me 2 properties and the one I chose was very reasonable for the area and the process very straightforward. 29 Jul 2011This is exactly what i went through. £15 for a letter is ridicilous! They don't give you time...they don't give you which part of the day it will be (morning/evening). They don't carry a spare key...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
