Last July we started the contract with Oasis properties not knowing what we had let ourselves in for. When we moved in in September with in the first few days we experienced leaking from the shower and toilets leading to the fire alarms going off as it ran through the electricity. As a group of 5 girls, this being our first house we panicked and called Oasis only to be told 'We will try send someone as soon as possible' Little did we know that this soon as possible meant the next day. We therefore had no toilet or use of the bathroom for the day. Moreover we also had large growing areas of damp all over the walls due to the leakages and heavy rain fall, this was again not sorted for 3 months, meaning we were living with mould growing on the walls. Oasis are unhelpful and rude and I would in no circumstances recommend them to anyone!
