As a new tenant and customer of Benyon Estate I have to say I am incredibly disappointed of the rude and sometime obnoxious manner of one of their staff in the Southgate Rd branch. Having had an issue with a rent payment that was paid into an incorrect account I did my upmost to get the matter resolved. I made a number of calls into the office to ensure the company were kept informed and even went in to speak to them. Despite this I have received and rude emails from Carol Scott who for some reason seems to think she is more important than she actually is. Very disappointing and I would suggest if you use this company..deal with someone else!

Had the worst experience. They left mould on walls and damp/leak stains for over 10 months and only offered to fit them, once i had handed in my notice and raised a formal complaint with the council. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
