Had the worst experience. They left mould on walls and damp/leak stains for over 10 months and only offered to fit them, once i had handed in my notice and raised a formal complaint with the council. As a new tenant and customer of Benyon Estate I have to say I am incredibly disappointed of the rude and sometime obnoxious manner of one of their staff in the Southgate Rd branch.
