I have had the absolute displeasure of ever coming into contact with this farce of a company and want to share my nightmare experience with all potential clients, after being informed that there is such a forum to air and warn people of them: In a nutshell, Thorgills did not pay me 6 months worth of rent and it took great lengths, including threatening to call the police to finally have this resolved. An excerpt; I am writing this email as a final warning to you. Your staff should stop the repeated lies and excuses you have given over the last 8-9 months. My wife, and my rep, will be flying in to London tomorrow to deal with this issue and to lodge the necessary police report against you and also with all the relevant authorities to ensure that you do not practice and continue cheating people. We will be appointing a solicitor to deal with this matter. This letter is written as a final 48 hours notice to you to refund all monies collected on my behalf which you have illegally misappropriated. 1. Outstanding rental collected from April 2013 to October 2013 The rental for the 6 months was collected from my previous tenant who have paid 6 months in advance and you failed to deposit this rental payment into my account since end of April 2013 despite my repeated request. I personally attended your office in the 2nd week of November 2013 ,and I spent 1 hour in your office and after verifying and checking with you and your bank statement, the staff member confirmed that the 6 months rental was never paid to me. She then printed out a statement of account and assured me that the rental would be banked into my account immediately. However, this was not done. She gave me 4 emails dated Nov 5, 22, 27 and 28, 2013 and confirmed that the total outstanding due and owing to me as at end of November is £7,872.40 minus previous tenant deposit refund of £2,070, leaving a balance of £5,802.40. This money was never paid into my account. And finally, you have NO right to deduct £960 as a letting fee as a sum of £500 has already been deducted as agreed letting fee. Please refer to the statement of account which shows a balance of £5,802.40 dated November 28, 2013. This statement will clearly show that the letting fee have already being deducted. My wife will attend your office within the next 96 hours to deal with this issue before proceeding with whatever action that is open to us. I would think twice using this company. It took a long time to resolve this issue and the stress was immeasurable.

22 Jul 2017they are materialist and have not got any idea about fair trading, over charge, do not even try to make deal with them, they have hidden fees in them contract they call it administration fees...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
