I am very disappointed with the treatment i was given by gibbs today. You had asked me to change the time for me to view the property at least 3 times and i was able to accomodate your request, however the last time you asked me to change the time i couldn't do later than15:55. I had understood i'd be the only one there and when i found a bit of difficulty getting to the property given the fact that the road i had taken was closed for cars i didn't worry because i was under the impression there would one agent there waiting to show me the property, however i got the at 16:00 and there was 1 viewing already in progress and another one after that and then me. Both agents on site shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn't do anything because it wasn't there appointment so i had to leave without seeing the property and wasted a lot of time re-arranging my schedule to fit with the time changes i had been given. I am extremelly disappointed with Gibbs customer service. I hope Gibbs treats other customers better. Sincerely Anelisa

Unhelpful, rude. Take your money but don't offer much of a service. Have to be chased to send out lettings contracts and when they finally get round to it contract not sent until after the date on the contract expires! Overall: ... Read Full Review

An agent under the employment of this particular agency gave viewings to propective tenants without our permission nor a 24 hour written-notice. Upon confrontation, he failed to give an apology but what he offer was patronization and condescension. It seems they are very selective on whom they nice ... Read Full Review
They have responsibility to both landlords and tenants. However it seems they only care for those that will bring more business to them.

Very unprofessional lettings agent. They showed us round a property telling us it was a first come First served letting, we were the first to view the property and immediately rang and left a holding deposit of £300 to secure the place. We were then told by them the next day that they had ... Read Full Review
Not lied in the first place and not held onto our money whilst leading us on.
