Our local branch of Haarts in Ely have some amazing people working for them and this is what makes them stand out from other estate agents. Sarah Barker was exceptional her tireless patience and support her dedication been totally overwhelming at times. Carmel Luff is a one off and her innovative problem solving skills puts her in a league of her own and Jeanett Duggan always there to support when needed and the calm voice of common sense. I would recommend Haarts for anyone that wants the bespoke experience, we have had what I can only describe the journey from hell, none of it Haarts or our fault, but Haarts stuck with us all the way and lived through all the highs and the lows with us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to my friends. One small criticism the phones during being times the phones divert to HQ, this is where it falls over as messages often don't get relayed back in a timely manner.
