Our local branch of Haarts in Ely have some amazing people working for them and this is what makes them stand out from other estate agents. Sarah Barker was exceptional her tireless patience and support her dedication been totally overwhelming at times. Carmel Luff is a one off and her innovative problem solving skills puts her in a league of her own and Jeanett Duggan always there to support when needed and the calm voice of common sense. I would recommend Haarts for anyone that wants the bespoke experience, we have had what I can only describe the journey from hell, none of it Haarts or our fault, but Haarts stuck with us all the way and lived through all the highs and the lows with us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to my friends.

One small criticism the phones during being times the phones divert to HQ, this is where it falls over as messages often don't get relayed back in a timely manner.

My property was sold on my behalf through HAART, Ely, a transaction which was opened by Carmel Luff, Branch Manager.
Carmel Luff presented herself at the correct time and place as arranged. In a complete change of level of professionalism, Carmel Luff attended the meeting armed with much relevant and well packaged information which was presented in a fashion that was both easily understood and inspiring. Additionally, an understandable yet remarkable pre-prepared analysis of the current market in direct relation to my property was produced for my peace of mind. Only after Carmel Luff listened to what I relayed to her, did she continue to reassure that HAART was the people with the ability to get the job done in a professional manner.
This was accomplished by Carmel Luff continuing to explain her aim intended timetable of events in order that we understood that we were both thinking alike. Next, she explained in detail the factors affecting our agreed aim and timetable. Then the presentation turned to the various courses open, which as explained to me, were governed by the factors. With all such information now at hand, Carmel Luff presented a plan of how to accomplish the sale of the above property with the minimum amount of time and fuss.
On completion of this initial meeting with Carmel Luff and privy to such enviable degrees of her confidence, manner, attitude, diligence and enthusiasm, my hope and forward thinking personal plans were undoubtedly once again thrust to the forefront of my mind.
I was genuinely astounded by the working mechanics employed by HAART. Indeed all members of staff proved time and time again that they were, aware of the overall plan, their part in the plan, what support and resource they had to assist them in achieving their goal to deliver a result which best reflected my best interest. Where there was any doubt, they issued an assurance that they would discover the facts and the current state of play, which they indeed did without fail.
My property transaction was brought to conclusion to my absolute delight. The enviable work ethos experience with HAART cannot be exaggerated and I will put myself out of my way to recommend HAART at every suitable opportunity.
I trust HAART are very proud of their staff and the stress free business management style they attend on their clients.
HAART is indeed where your buyer is.
