I simply cannot understand all the negative reviews. I bought a house through the Dulwich branch and the two representatives I dealt with were courteous, helpful and efficient. After a couple of viewings of houses that I had found on the web, they suggested some more which i hadn't noticed, and I ended up buying one of them, with which I am very happy. Subsequently they have been very helpful with recommendations for builders to undertake some refurbishment work. All in all, a first rate experience.
