The Letting Co, now manage 2 of my properties i have in Falkirk. I found them to be very helpful, prompt in their communication and very easy to deal with. I renovated one of the properties and was very impressed that in their final invoice was copies of the invoices of the workmen they used. A nice touch to show honesty and transparency when dealing with money.

The Letting Co charged me £150 set up fee and 10% management fee. Unlike agents i have used in the past there were no other costs even for inventories, contacts, inspections, advertising. I was also surprised to find there was no up front fees to me as a landlord. any fees were payable once the property was let and they were deducted from the first months rent. A refreshing way of doing business!
