I used the Cobham branch for find the tenant only service and underwent tremendous inconvenience. Landlords: Before using John D Wood please be aware of the following. It was extremely difficult to get the deposit and first month rent back from them. It look more than 15 emails and countless phone call to recover the money. They also charged the tenants for checkin, checkout , which were never transfered to me as I carried out both. They also charged the tenant for drafting a tenancy agreement fee irrespective of using my tenancy agreement which didn't cost anything. I will never ever use John D Wood again

I just bought my first home with them and i must say the whole process and been a delight from start to finish.
