Asset Property Management Limited

Please be warned prior to dealing with Asset Property Maintenance, you only have to look at the outside of their own office building to see what low expectations this company have when it comes to maintaining a building properly! They manage the building I live in, it's not kept clean and is poorly maintained to say the least. Further more the staff at Asset (particularly Shelly) are extremely unprofessional and incapable of dealing with complaints - they don't take criticism kindly! I came home from work one evening to find Assets sub contracted plumbers (Ace Plumbing & Heating) had trod plaster board through the carpets and moved various items of clothing without putting everything back to how it was before they started the work - what I came back to was a very untidy mess which I had to clean in my own time! When I sent a complaint to Asset they weren't interested, actually I didn't even get an acknowledgment or reply so two weeks later I decided to chase them. I finally got a response stating that they found the tone of my email unacceptable and it was my choice to allow the plumbers access while I wasn't there!
