DO NOT RENT FROM BEN PROPERTY. All great until you go to leave! Then try and take the majority of your deposit from you. Saying very patronising things as if I wasn’t able to understand what I was being told when I understood fully however, they just didn’t have my back. Been told from the start that they would always put the tenant first…. Which they did… until the end when getting my deposit back. They were very very petty when it came to the end and cleaning the flat. They were very very unprofessional and 100% did not have the tenants best interests at heart. Only care about getting money out the tenant.

They were ok until you try to leave.... trying to get your deposit is a farse.... "We always allow up to a month from leaving for finalising a deposit" ... which actually took 6 weeks and had several deductions I didn't agree with... don't use them would be my ... Read Full Review

Ben Property managed my house when I worked down south for a year from Jun 2017 to Jun 2018. They leased the property within a day of it going on the market at an excellent rent. Absolutely fantastic service. Very humble and responsive. Completely let down. Sorry to say that after finding a new flat and paying holding fee, people were still able to get viewings.
