The team at Urban Property Services are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Prior to signing my agreement I was told that the property would be cleaned and painted and generally in an acceptable state to live in, they were fast at answering calls and taking my money but once I had they keys it was a different sroty. The state of the property was a joke, it took 4 people a full weekend to clean a one bedroom flat, the carpets smelt of urine (which was not noticed on the viewing as they had all the windows and doors open), every surface was dirty and tacky, they bed and sofa and various other furniture that came in the property was dirty, broken and not safe to use and there was a leak from the roof in the ceiling. They and the landlord were not helpful in the slightest, it took 4 months for them to send someone to paint over the mould in all of the rooms, replace the carpets with bog standard carpets and replace the small fridge freezer that was broken and froze all of my food in the fridge. When trying to get the landlords details and my deposit back they took longer than the legally required days to give me the details I needed and return my deposit. All of the staff are rude and even had the cheek to put the phone down on me and ignore my calls numerous times when I tried to get any issues resolved. Avoid at all costs!!!
