I was disappointed by this agent as I just wanted to view a property and was met with unhelpful staff and rudeness. I even e-mailed one of the directors to beg for a viewing and was told I would not be able to unless I jumped through hoops that included providing them my financial information, date of birth and all my previous addresses! All from a so called 'Estate agent'. Overall as a potential buyer I felt alienated and was not offered a viewing in the end.....

16 Aug 2017This is an abusive (and anonymously placed) review from an individual that is not a customer of Urban Moves. We do not and never will allow any staff members of Urban Moves to accompany applicants on viewings who refuse to disclose their details nor would we endanger or waste time of a homeowner in doing so. The individual has been politely advised of a required application and eligibility criteria and process prior to viewing, reiterated (and a stance maintained) by the Managing Director. The complainant was invited to complete the initial application and, should he be eligible, to view. The Review has been reported to All Agents for removal.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
