I have been a client of UrbanMoves for four whole years. It was a terrible experience and I would not suggest UrbanMoves to anyone that is looking into dealing with a new estate agency. I was disappointed by this agent as I just wanted to view a property and was met with unhelpful staff and rudeness. I even e-mailed one of the directors to beg for a viewing and was told I would not be able to unless I jumped through hoops that included providing them my financial information, date ... For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
