Denfords took over the management of my property in 2016 and since then I have seen a dramatic increase in the service levels, Denfords are friendly, reliable and go out of their way to do what they say they will. In particular Cheryl who has been very proactive in helping me get the sale of my property closer to the finish line! Would highly recommend.

Not sure where to start really. We were lied to from the beginning about why our electric gates were open all day, a request to have them closed was either ignored or reasons made up for keeping them open. We have been with Denfords for a number of years, as Denfords manage the block of flats, and we own a flat in the block. Any agents fees are too high as a matter of normality. It is the results one gets from the service offered which justifies or otherwise, the fees. In this case, just about works.. !
